Prior to joining Coast Sotheby's International Realty, Eric Bergman worked as a financial advisor at the Tax and Financial Group (TFG), a boutique financial planning firm based in Newport Beach. Eric focused on helping individuals and businesses creatively, using their personal and financial assets to enhance their lives and futures. Mr. Bergman received his undergraduate degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College in Southern California in 1994. He went on to work in sales at a Semiconductor company, Maxim Integrated Products, located in Sunnyvale, CA before returning to Southern California in 1996. Mr. Bergman then remained in sales heading a division of MMI, a job placement company located in Irvine, CA, specializing in all aspects of plant and building maintenance. Eric left MMI to pursue his financial advisory position with TFG in 2003.
Eric hold his Series 7, 63 and 65 financial industry regulatory authority licenses for general securities, as well as his life, long term care and disability insurance licenses.
Growing up in Laguna Beach, one of Eric's first real interest was the unique and awe inspiring coastal real estate that surrounded him. In 2008 he decided to pursue his dream of helping others determine not only their passion for coastal properties but which homes "fit" their long term needs, as well as helping educate other on the homes he represents. |
